SEAL AS2 Sampler

  • SEAL AS2 AutosamplerHolds 180 sample cups (0.5mL or 2mL) or 120 cups (4mL or 5mL).
  • Other racks are available for different sample tubes.
  • User-defined special sample racks can be used.
  • Separate 22 position rack for calibration and quality control standards.
  • Sampler can access any cup at any time. This enables duplicate sampling and automatic repeats of off-scale or carryover-affected samples.
  • Calibration and quality control standards can be taken from the same cup as often required.
  • Constant inter-sample air bubble size at any cup position.
  • Programmable speed.
  • Stainless steel and PEEK samples probes for all sample types, including acidic samples.
  • Optional: Syringe diluter for off-scale dilutions and automated standard preparation
  • Optional: air or paddle mixing

  • SEAL AS4 AutosamplerHolds 360 sample cups (0.5mL or 2mL) or 240 cups (4mL or 5mL).
  • Other racks are available for different sample tubes.
  • User-defined special sample racks can be used.

  • Sampler can access any cup at any time. This enables duplicate sampling and automatic repeats of off-scale or carryover-affected samples.

SEAL Syringe Diluter3 (Option)

  • Precision syringe and piston assembly used to dilute standards and samples
  • Prepares calibrants from a stock standard and dispenses into user-specified location for flexibility
  • Performs automatic dilution of off-scale samples
  • On-board water bottle for sample / standards diluent
  • Variable speed controlled by AACE software
  • Syringe available in 2.5 mL, 5 mL and 10 mL sizes

SEAL AS2 Sampler

With our expanding expertise in robotics and laboratory task automation we now bring you even more Autosampler options. The all new SEAL Samplers are compatible with all SEAL segmented flow analyzers as well as the AACE Software. Built on a robust platform, SEAL Samplers deliver a consistent intersample air bubble and are ideal for high reproducibility and low level analysis.

Whichever model you select, your SEAL Autosampler will improve the precision and reproducibility of your data, completely automating and accelerating sample turnaround time.  All SEAL Autosampler models are suitable for use with environmental, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical samples and can be used with a wide variety of laboratory instruments including segmented flow analyzers, continuous flow analyzers and IC.
