Meet SEAL Analytical’s Newest Technical Support Chemists

SEAL Analytical welcomes three new Technical Support Chemists to our growing global team: Brock Strzyzewski and Hannah Warner at SEAL US, and Kayleigh Pullen at SEAL UK.

For many SEAL customers, a Technical Support Chemist is one of the most familiar members of our team. They are the people answering questions, helping laboratories troubleshoot challenging analyses, installing new instrumentation, and training analysts to operate their SEAL systems confidently.

The role combines chemistry, instrumentation, software, teaching, and customer service. SEAL Technical Support Chemists assist customers with hardware, software, and chemistry-related questions by phone and email. They also travel throughout their regions—and around the world—to install new systems and provide hands-on training to laboratory teams.

Behind the scenes, Technical Support Chemists help ensure that every system meets SEAL’s standards before it leaves the factory. They test newly built instruments, evaluate customer samples, verify that methods perform reliably with different sample matrices, and contribute to the development and improvement of analytical methods.

Each of our newest team members brings a different combination of scientific knowledge, technical experience, and enthusiasm for helping others.

Brock Strzyzewski

Technical Support Chemist, SEAL US

Brock joins SEAL Analytical with a Bachelor of Science in Conservation and Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and more than 12 years of experience supporting automation in the pharmacy industry. He began his career as a pharmacy technician operating automated equipment before moving into training and operations support.

He later became a project coordinator, helping manage pharmacy automation projects before and after implementation. His responsibilities included troubleshooting equipment and technical issues, delivering additional training, and helping pharmacy teams improve their workflows.

The Technical Support Chemist position gives Brock the opportunity to combine that extensive experience in automation, troubleshooting, and training with his educational background in environmental science.

“I’m looking forward to learning and growing in the role, and then taking that knowledge and sharing it with others,” Brock said.

Outside of work, Brock enjoys reading, music, trivia, and sports, including the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, Wisconsin Badgers, Green Bay Packers, and Minnesota Wild. He is also a dedicated cinephile with a particular interest in international films—both new and classic—from outside the traditional Hollywood system.

Hannah Warner

Technical Support Chemist, SEAL US

Hannah brings a strong background in environmental science, biological research, and education to the SEAL US Technical Support team.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Environmental, Soil and Water Science from the University of Arkansas, along with a minor in entomology. She later moved to Milwaukee to earn a master’s degree in biology, concentrating on behavioral ecology. Her graduate research examined how different substrates affect sexual selection in gray tree frogs.

While completing her master’s degree, Hannah discovered a passion for teaching. She spent the following two years as a high school biology teacher, helping students understand scientific concepts and develop confidence in the laboratory.

Hannah was drawn to SEAL because the Technical Support Chemist role combines the teaching and communication skills she enjoys with the environmental sciences that originally inspired her career.

She is especially looking forward to the connections she will make with SEAL customers and colleagues around the world.

Outside the laboratory, Hannah is an enthusiastic animal lover and owns several different species, including dogs, lizards, and snakes. When she is not traveling for SEAL, she travels throughout the United States to compete with her dogs.

Kayleigh Pullen

Technical Support Chemist, SEAL UK

Kayleigh joins the SEAL UK team with a master’s degree from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and five years of experience as a Chemistry Manager.

After several years in laboratory management, Kayleigh was ready for a new professional challenge that would allow her to work more directly with customers while expanding her experience with new analytical methods and instrumentation.

She was drawn to SEAL by the customer-facing nature of the Technical Support Chemist position and the opportunity to begin a new chapter in her scientific career.

“I’m excited to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact,” Kayleigh said. “I’m looking forward to developing my expertise in SEAL products, helping customers troubleshoot technical issues, and being part of a collaborative team.”

Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys hiking, traveling, and paddleboarding.
