Multi-channel continuous flow analyzers are ideal for certain pharmaceutical analyses, and SEAL offers analyzers to meet the needs of everyone, from small laboratories with modest throughput to the largest laboratories with high workloads requiring the utmost automation.

Our continuous flow analyzers use flow-rated pump tubes and a robust precision pump to deliver exact volumes of sample and reagent into inert, glass manifolds for mixing and incubation. This enclosed reaction environment is ideal for achieving low-detection limits. Additionally, SEAL flow analyzers utilize segmented flow, injecting air or nitrogen bubbles into the stream at regular intervals to reduce intersample dispersion and speed-up reaction development.

 For applications not requiring in-line high-temperature digestion, discrete analyzers can also be used.
