Remote Support
Our technical support goes far beyond basic troubleshooting. Each member of our support team is factory-trained, equipping them with a deep understanding of SEAL’s products - from method principles to the software and hardware that power our systems. This expertise means our support team can quickly diagnose issues and guide you through effective solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to your operations. When you reach out to us, we’re aiming to do more than fix the problem - we share the knowledge to avoid similar issues in the future and get the most out of your analyzers.

Beyond Troubleshooting
Whether you’re an experienced user or new to our products, we can walk you through best practices, tips for optimal performance, and ways to extend the life of your system. By educating our customers, we help build confidence in their equipment and streamline their lab processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Service & Contracts
Routine maintenance is essential to keeping your SEAL systems operating at peak performance. In addition to training users in basic maintenance procedures, we offer a range of support contracts tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer. Our support contracts include regular preventative maintenance visits, during which our factory-trained engineers thoroughly inspect, calibrate, and fine-tune your equipment to ensure it remains in optimal running condition. By scheduling these visits regularly, the risk of unexpected downtime is reduced and system lifetime is expanded. System contracts also include discounted parts and other benefits for a smooth analysis experience.
We believe in flexibility when it comes to our support contracts. You can choose the frequency of your visits and adjust or pause your contract without any pricing pressure to renew annually. This approach ensures you’re never locked into a service plan that doesn’t align with your budget or operational schedule. SEAL’s global network of field support engineers means we can provide on-site service wherever you are, giving you peace of mind that help is always nearby. With a SEAL support contract, you can rest assured that your investment is protected by experts who know your equipment inside and out.
Customer Training
We know that proper training is essential to maximizing the performance of your equipment. That’s why we provide comprehensive training with every analyzer we deliver to ensure your team is fully prepared to operate and maintain the system.
This initial training covers all aspects of the analyzer’s operation - from daily operations to routine maintenance and chemistry troubleshooting. Our goal is to ensure your team feels comfortable and confident in running your system from day one. We also understand the analysts initially trained may not be the analysts running the system forever. We offer additional tailored training sessions to meet your on-going needs. Whether you prefer on-site training, virtual sessions, or in-person training at one of our SEAL facilities, our expert trainers will customize the curriculum to focus on the topics most relevant to your team.

Expand Your Knowledge
In addition to ongoing training, we offer free webinars, where our chemists provide in-depth looks at specific methods, systems, and techniques and provide a live Q&A with attendees. These webinars serve as an excellent tool to further your knowledge and understanding of lab instrumentation, as well as connect with laboratories running similar systems and methods to your own. You can also request a previously-held webinar from your nearest support team.
Software Packages
All SEAL Analytical software is designed in-house by our own software teams, allowing us full control of the software design and user experience. As many of our systems are in an environment with rapidly changing requirements, this allows us to provide regular software updates - keeping your systems up to date with the latest regulations and operating systems.
SEAL software is designed for chemists and analysts - utilizing user-friendly interfaces and detailed data management features. All software packages offer customizable import and export compatibility with LIMS (laboratory information management systems), ensuring compatibility with any LIMS provider.
