SEAL Analytical Acquires Carekem Limited, Expanding UK Service, Support and Discrete Analyser Expertise
WREXHAM, UNITED KINGDOM — JUNE 19, 2026 — SEAL Analytical, a global manufacturer of automated laboratory analysers and sample preparation systems, has acquired Carekem Limited, an independent UK provider of service and technical support for discrete analysers.
The acquisition brings together two organisations with a shared commitment to responsive, knowledgeable and dependable customer support. By combining Carekem’s extensive field-service experience and expertise across multiple discrete analyser platforms with SEAL Analytical’s technical resources and 20+ years at the forefront of discrete analysers for environmental laboratories, the organisations will be able to provide UK laboratories with an expanded range of service, maintenance and support capabilities.
For SEAL Analytical, the acquisition strengthens its UK service and support organisation with additional experienced personnel and specialised knowledge of discrete analyser platforms beyond SEAL’s own product portfolio. This broader expertise will help SEAL support laboratories operating mixed-instrument fleets while further advancing the company’s reputation for best-in-class technical support and instrumentation.
Carekem will benefit from direct access to SEAL Analytical’s global team of chemists, engineers, software specialists and product experts, along with the manufacturer’s inventory of genuine SEAL parts and consumables. Carekem’s service team will now be equipped to support SEAL discrete analysers with the resources, technical knowledge and infrastructure of the instrument manufacturer behind them.
